Terms and Conditions

Bookings in advance: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking (when booked more than 7 days in advance) and 50% charged 7 days prior to your booking date.

Bookings last minute: Full payment is made at the time of booking within 7 days.

A strict 7 day cancellation policy applies.

A security deposit ($250) is held prior to check-in and released the day after check-out.
